Kashmir....A closed Chapter......!

It is time we made it understood globally that Kashmir is a closed chapter of history, the state having acceded to India in the dispensation then prevailing. A former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir is now a minister in the Cabinet and a former minister of the Cabinet is the chief minister in Srinagar after being duly elected in state elections.
